Bridge of Mindfulness

Everyday when I bike to work, I will know at this point, if I have biked mindfully. If I pay attention to this landscape, I know I am in the present moment. If I notice later, that I have biked the whole way without noticing this bringe, I know that I have biked in my thoughts. I been doing this quite a while now :)

Weather in Copenhagen vs. Olafur Eliasson

I took this photo on my bikeride back home yesterday evening at 17.00. You could see about 5-10 meters around you.

Foto: Arken

Year ago I was in the opening of the exhibition of Olafur Eliasson's piece in Arkens Utopia-serie. I could only see about 0,5 meter in front of me.

It is the last month and possibility to enjoy Olafur Eliassons art work "Din blinde passager" at the Arken museum in Copenhagen. The exhibition is open until 27.11.

The good news is, that these foggy days the whole Copenhagen is available for similar experiences.

Joan as a Policewoman: Magic

Friendly Fires feat. Au Revoir Simone: Paris

Caribou: Sun

(The videos in those links are not the best, but the music is)

Happy Birthday Klara

This is a birthday card that I made for a Norwegian colleague who wanted to have a card for her godchilds babtisism.

Drawing and painting vol I

About 3 weeks ago I started to take private art lessons from a professional artist called Nuax (www.nuax.dk) It has truly inspired me. Here are couple of examples from the last week's learning process. Some of these are made at his class, and some I have done at home. I will try to add some drawings to my blog once in a whil.

Here we were learning to pay attention to the shadow and then to the light.

Here I was having fun with ink at home.

These last ones I have done at home in a few seconds :) I wonder where these weird images come from?
